Reel Arts Education Video Packages: Institutional Promotional Packages

Reel Arts is committed to helping your institution promote itself. Promoting your institution is an essential way to deal with the competitive market which the government has created for education. Promotional films are what you might use for direct mailing, school web-sites, creating innovative and compelling presentations with partners, conference aids, point-of-contact advice and information. They are a highly effective way of raising your institutional profile and conveying clearly your ethos and selling points so that you build or maintain a strong image within the community. Promotional packages are often considerably longer than advertorials, and will often involve filming at your premises, using footage of you and/or your employees.

We offer a range of promotional packages, including a Basic Option, a Standard Option, an Executive Option and Bespoke Video Creations.

BASIC PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE

A promotional DVD will include a clear institutional image and creatively visualise what makes your school unique. You may wish to include a personal touch, with images of your place of work, staff, students, teaching in progress, interviews as well as the extra-curricular opportunities you provide. This can be a good opportunity to be creative with the presentation of your image and set yourself apart from the competition. The Three Minute Basic Promotional Option is inclusive of consultations, planning and administration time and a two-man camera crew on site.

BASIC PROMOTIONAL OPTION: £2000

BASIC PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE PLUS

The Basic Option Plus allows us to film on two sites if needed and means we will not charge any extra for any stagecraft and lighting needs that may be involved. This can ensure a more polished and professional representation of your premises. It will also mean we can design and incorporate 3D Graphics and bespoke music to help characterise your unique image.

BASIC PROMOTIONALOPTION PLUS: £2600

STANDARD PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE

If a promotional DVD is the means by which you communicate your school’s “brand” image and the unique benefits you provide, Reel Arts recommends the standard promotional package. A five minute film allows you to create a more comprehensive overview of your institution, and the inclusion of personal touches, such as staff faces, teaching and extra-curricular activities in progress and interviews will all create a very strong impression if carefully designed within a clear narrative.

The Standard Package is inclusive of consultations, planning and administration time and a two-man camera crew on site. Your DVD will work well when part of prospectus direct mailing, your website, public meetings, Governors’ meetings, or at exhibitions.

EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE

The Reel Arts Executive Option is a superb opportunity to display unique working aspects of your educational institution and is an ideal opportunity to showcase this to your potential clientele. We can give you excellent scope to communicate the ethos of your institution, your unique points and the benefits you provide. In addition, using a ten minute film allows your audience to gain more of an insight into what you do and what you offer. We would advise you on the inclusion of staff, current projects in progress, interviews, and will provide a narrative structure that highlights precisely those aspects of your school that link clearly with the objectives of your video. We can also give you the option of using chapters in the DVD, which allow you to move into different areas of a presentation.

The Executive Option is inclusive of consultations, planning and administration time and a two-man camera crew on site. We can advise you on how to make the best use of your film as part of a promotional evening, meetings, demonstrations, at parents evenings, or at exhibitions and education fairs.
