Reel Arts recognise that sometimes our target markets are reticent about advertising. We promote your company as an effective way to get round people’s reticence by getting them familiar with who you are and what you do well. Promotional packages are used for direct mailing, creating innovative and compelling presentations with clients, conference aids, point-of-sale advice and information, web-sites and exhibitions. We strive to raise your business profile and convey clearly your company ethos and services so that you build or maintain a strong brand image. Promotional packages are often considerably longer than advertorials, and will often involve filming at your place of business, involving yourself and/or your employees.
We offer a range of promotional packages, including a Basic Option, a Standard Option, an Executive Option and Bespoke Video Creations.
BASIC PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE
Our promotional DVDs include a clear business brand image and creatively visualise the benefits you provide. You may wish to include a personal touch, with images of your place of work, employees, work in progress, interviews as well as the service you provide. This is a good opportunity to be creative with the presentation of your image. The Three Minute Basic Promotional Option is inclusive of consultations, planning and administration time and requires a two-man camera crew on site. Your DVD will work well when part of a sales pitch, demonstration, at point of sale, or at exhibitions.
BASIC PROMOTIONAL OPTION: £2600
BASIC PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE PLUS
The Basic Option Plus allows us to film on two sites if needed and means we will not charge any extra for any stagecraft and lighting needs that may be involved. This can ensure a more polished and professional representation of your business premises. It will also mean we can design and incorporate 3D Graphics and bespoke music to help characterise your unique image.

STANDARD PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE
Since a promotional DVD is the means by which you communicate your business brand image and the benefits you provide, Reel Arts recommend a Standard Promotional Package option, with 5 minutes play time which allows you to create a more comprehensive overview of your company. Personal touches, employees, work in progress, interviews, customer service in action, will all create a very strong impression if carefully designed within a clear five minute narrative. The Standard Package is inclusive of consultations, planning and administration time and a two-man camera crew on site. The final DVD works effectively to back up a sales pitch, demonstration, at point of sale, or at exhibitions (we can design it so that it successfully loops, if you wish to use it at exhibitions).

EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE
Reel Arts’ Executive Option is a superb opportunity to display unique working aspects of your business and is an ideal way to showcase this to your clients or customers. While we give you the canvas upon which to communicate the ethos of your business, your business brand image and the benefits you provide, using over ten minutes of play time also allows your customers to gain fuller insight into what you do and what you offer. We advise you on the inclusion of employees, work in progress, interviews, customer service in action, and will provide a narrative structure that highlights precisely those aspects of your business that link clearly with the objectives of your campaign. Sometimes customers like to have chapters in this option that allow you to move into different areas of a presentation, or different sales areas. The Executive Option is inclusive of consultations, planning and administration time and requires a two-man camera crew on site. Your DVD will form a powerful focal point in any sales pitch, demonstration, at point of sale, or at exhibitions.

EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE PLUS
The Executive Package Plus allows us to film on multiple sites if needed and means we will not charge any extra for any stagecraft, lighting and sound technicians that are required. Some clients will need these if filming inside certain locations, or have specific requests or brand ideas that need additional sound or lighting requirements. Often extra facilities such as these allow for more creative options in the planning stage, and also ensure a more polished and professional representation of your business premises. It will also mean we can design and incorporate 3D Graphics and bespoke music to help characterise your unique image, which you can then use in future promotions.
